About the Pub
Converted bank head office. Opened in 1999 by Whitbread as a Hogshead, renamed by Laurel in 2003 as London's first completely no smoking pub, run by Greene King since 2004, now one of their Metropolitan Pub Co outlets. Spacious inside, but always seems to be crowded after work. Guest beers e.g. from East London, Redemption.
